pumpkin pie in the spring =)
dessert yesterday was pumpkin pie with homemade whipped cream. i've really done a good job 'spreading' out the pureed pumpkin i made in the fall so that i won't run out before fall comes again and pie pumpkins are available again. =D which is a very good thing...because pumpkin pie is a favorite around here!
